Intoleris was born from a very simple question:
"Can I eat this?"
And the much less simple difficulty of obtaining a clear answer. Intoleris was born into a family dealing with food intolerances. Our goal: to make food information simpler to understand and easier to use — for those affected as well as their families.
Why are Intoleris There are
It all started around a table.
Search
Databases, specialized sites, lists: the information exists, but it is scattered and often difficult to interpret.
→Request
Butcher, caterer, restaurant: the answers are often sincere, but difficult to obtain when it comes to sensitivities like histamine.
→Scanner
The apps recognize some products, but don't always answer the real question: "Is it compatible with my sensitivities?"
→Reunite
What if all this information were gathered in one place? This is the idea that gave birth to... Intoleris.
A food intolerance does not concern never a single person.
